Shipping policy

Do we allow Pick-Ups?

Yes, we do pick-ups Monday to Friday.  Please pop into our retail store or feel free to contact Tracy 027 844 8874.

What Freight Company Do We Use?

We mostly use Go Sweetspot  as they enable us to select the best courier service for your package depending on your delivery address. 

NZ Freight Charges

We charge between $10 and $20 for all purchases up to $150 based on weight. Any purchases over $150 are shipped free of charge. These charges are applicable to New Zealand with the exception of Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and the Chatham Islands. We use NZ Post for shipping to these places due to high surcharges on the courier service. Our aim is to dispatch goods within the next working day after payment is received. If you have any questions or queries on shipping please feel free to contact us.  Our aim is to dispatch goods the next working day after payment is received.  Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive. 

Australia Freight Charges

Freight Charges to Australia are based on weight and you can choose between courier or economy delivery, shipping times are noted at checkout. Any purchases over $200 are shipped free of charge.  Delivery time for free delivery is up to 20 days.

Rest of the World Freight Charges

Freight Charges Internationally are based on weight and you can choose between courier or economy delivery, shipping times are noted at checkout. Any purchases over $300 are shipped free of charge.  Delivery time for free delivery is up to 20 days.
