Refund policy
Fabric is cut to suit the individual needs of our customers and as a result we are unable refund products due to a change of mind.
The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by The Fine Cloth Company due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. As listed on all product descriptions we do recommend ordering a sample to ensure the colour, weight and composition of the product is to your liking.
Please follow the care instructions as outlined in the product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Any concerns or complaints about your purchase need to be made within 7 days of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at tracy@thefineclothcompany.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
